My colleague Vince Chavez at Elkhorn Entertainment invited me to work with him on a politically minded video supporting American workers in the BCTGM union who were in danger of losing their jobs. Because of my background in narrative projects, he felt like I would be a good fit for helping him build a strong sense of visual storytelling into the design of the film.

The short was then shared with other chapters of the BCTGM to help rally the troops. We were fortunate to be able to have complete access to a peaceful protest on the day of shooting, and I was inspired by all the faces of BCTGM members, so I tried to capture as much tight photography as I could.

The final product pulls out all the stops, motion graphics, voice-over, music and sound design, and a full scale color correction.
